Welcome to Wheel of Tickets (hosted at wheeloftickets.com). We highly value your privacy and the security of your company data. In this privacy policy, we transparently explain what data we access, why we need it, and most importantly: what we do not store.

1. What data do we access and how do we use it?

When you log in to Wheel of Tickets using your Atlassian (Jira) account, we use the official Atlassian API. Through your authorization (OAuth), we access the following:

Basic account profile: To verify your identity. We never see your password.
Jira Tickets (Issues): We fetch your open tickets (Ticket key, Summary, Status, and Priority) to display them on the wheel.
Projects and Statuses: To populate the filter dropdowns and checkboxes in the application.

2. Data Storage (We DO NOT store your Jira data)

This is the core principle of our application: Wheel of Tickets does not have a database to store your Jira data.

Your tickets, statuses, and projects are fetched live and sent directly to your own browser.
The Access Token provided by Atlassian is strictly stored in a temporary, encrypted PHP session on our server.
Once you click "Log out", or when your session expires, this access token is permanently destroyed.

3. Cookies

Wheel of Tickets only uses functional (session) cookies. These are strictly necessary to keep you logged in while using the application. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Sharing data with third parties

Because we do not store any data, we cannot share it. Your Jira data is never sold, shared, or analyzed by third parties. The only communication taking place is a direct, secure (HTTPS) connection between your browser, our server, and the Atlassian API.

5. Your rights and revoking access

You always have full control over which applications can access your Atlassian account. You can revoke the access granted to "Wheel of Tickets" at any time via your Atlassian profile:

Go to Atlassian Connected Apps.
Look for "Wheel of Tickets" (or the name of this app).
Click on Remove access.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy in the future, for example, if we add new features. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
